WeMedia Lab and The Daily Orange are proud to launch International Voice, a section of D.O. Opinion dedicated to sharing the perspectives of international students at Syracuse University.

Through sharing opinions on campus news and worldwide concerns, International Voice will provide a platform for international students and enrich the diversity of The D.O.’s editorial content.

As part of the partnership, WeMedia Lab will also create a special section on its WeChat platform to distribute translated D.O. articles that are of importance to international students.

WeMedia Lab is a media team founded in 2019 and affiliated with the university’s media department. The team, composed of SU students, is responsible for creating the content of the university’s official WeChat and Weibo accounts and for holding activities to promote cultural exchanges.

From the team at WeMedia Lab, we’re very excited to begin this partnership and be a bridge between The D.O. and the international student community.
